Are you ready to get wet and swim in a comfortable suit?
Join our sea swimming lessons to help you make the most out of the Algarve's winter season, while improving physical and mental health.
We have spent half of our lives in the ocean and can't wait to have this experience with you.
Beginner experience: Swim in a calm, sheltered and shallow area. Get comfortable in the water, learn how to float and master basic swimming techniques.
Intermediate experience: Boost your confidence, build up your water skills and start to learn how to read the ocean, recognise wave sets, swell direction and rip currents, swimming in a more open area.
We'll provide wetsuits and boards if needed.

Single lesson - 20€ per session (1h)
